To earn membership points and to be eligible for Reward Vouchers you must have completed and returned the Clock Rewards Application Form and be issued a Rewards card.

To be eligible for a Rewards card you must complete and return the Application form.

Rewards points will calculate at 1 point per dollar spent over a designated 12 month period. The 12 months will begin at July 1st and end 30th June the following year.

To earn points you must present your Rewards Card before the bill has been paid. Once the account has been paid and closed off the points will no longer be available to collect.

The Rewards points can only be attached to one account per table. The points cannot be transferred from one card to another.

Once the new calendar year starts on July 1st the points will begin again from zero.

For every 1000 (one thousand) points earned you will receive one Clock Voucher to the value of $50. to a maximum value of $250. No Vouchers will be issued for points less than one thousand.

The Clock Vouchers earned at the end of the Clock Rewards year (June 30th) will be issued and posted to the address given through the month of July.

Under the Privacy laws the information given will not be distributed or passed to anyone other than the member who’s name appears on the account.

No information, including rewards points accumulation will be given to anyone other than the member who’s name appears on the account.

Each member will be issued a membership card and number which is required to be presented before paying the bill at the end of the meal.

The Clock Griffith Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel a membership at any time if it appears the membership is being used in any other way than the program is designed.

The Clock Griffith Pty Ltd reserves the right to change, limit, add or delete any of the program rules, terms, conditions, benefits, award levels, in a whole or part, at any time, as it’s sole discretion, with or without notice. Members may not rely upon the continued availability of any award or award level. If the program is cancelled at any time, all points at the time of cancellation will be forfeited.

The Clock Rewards program has no pre-determined lifespan and may continue until such a time as the Clock Griffith Pty Ltd, in it’s sole discretion, elects to designate a termination date.

Other than as provided herein, neither the program or any benefit offering or the like relating to the program shall be construed as or constitute a contract or otherwise establish a contractual relationship between the Clock Griffith Pty Ltd and the member.

It is the members responsibility to notify the Clock Griffith of any change in address details. If we are unable to contact a member within a 6-month period, we reserve the right to close the membership account. All points will be forfeited.
