Welcome to The Clock Rewards.

Members of The Clock Rewards will enjoy special offers and receive reward points when they dine in our restaurant.

To apply for a Clock Rewards card please clock on the "Apply" tab above and complete the form.

$1 = 1 point. For every dollar spent you will receive 1 point*

(*excludes Special Events, Fundraisers & Theme nights at Management's Discretion).

 

The Rewards that are redeemable based upon points accumulated are as follows:

The rewards stated are current at time of printing. Rewards and points may change at any time at discretion of The Clock Griffith Pty Ltd Management. 
No discussion shall be entered into otherwise. Only one award can be redeemed at any one time.

The Clock Rewards - Terms & Conditions

  1. To enjoy membership benefits and earn Membership Reward Points you must be a member
  2. To join the club, the person must complete an application form.
    This form is available at our restaurant or from the "Apply" tab above
  3. Reward Points will be earned on the basis of 1 point earned for each AU$1 you spend at our restaurant. These points accumulate and can be redeemed for a variety of different awards. Points earning will be calculated to the nearest whole dollar for each transaction. Reward points will not be offered on Special Events, Theme Nights with set menus and Live Music sessions. The Clock Griffith Pty Ltd retains the right to waive points accumulation on any given day at its discretion.
  4. To earn Reward Points, you personally must present your membership card at time of payment of your bill
  5. Reward Points cannot be credited retrospectively and can only be allocated to one account. Once points have been earned and awarded to one Membership Account, they cannot be transferred
  6. Reward Points go by the year calendar. Point validity cannot be extended under any circumstance.
  7. Once you have enough points accumulated, you can organize a prize featured on the Award Chart, otherwise you can leave your points till the end of the year. To redeem your points, or any enquiries regarding your points, please contact 02 69 627111 for assistance. We ask you to give a minimum of 14 days notice to arrange your Award
  8. Membership privileges will only be extended to the Clock Rewards member, who identifies themselves to our staff on arrival by providing their Membership Card. Identification via your Membership Card is essential for accurate point tracking purposes.
  9. Membership benefits are non transferable, unless you have enrolled as a Corporate Member. One nominated person within the Membership Company must manage corporate Memberships. All restaurant bookings and Award Redemptions must be managed by the nominated contact. All communication sent to the corporation regarding The Clock Griffith will be addressed to this nominee. Only one set of Membership benefits will be offered per Membership at any one meal sitting.
  10. Under the privacy laws, individual account information, including award redemption details, will not be given to anyone other than the member whose name appears on the account and will be delivered to the address recorded on the account at the time of request
  11. State, Federal or any other taxes resulting from Membership points earned or awards redeemed are the sole responsibility of the member.
  12. Each member will be issued with a membership card and number, which must be presented when paying the bill or Award redemption.
  13. The Clock Griffith Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel a Membership at any time if it appears that the Membership is being used in any other way than which the program is designed.
  14. The Clock Griffith Pty Ltd reserves the right to change, limit, add or delete any of the program rules, terms, conditions, benefits, award levels, in whole or in part, at any time, as it's sole discretion, with or without notice. Members may not rely upon the continued availability of any award or award level. If the program is cancelled at any time, all points at the time of cancellation will be forfeited.
  15. The Clock Rewards program has no predetermined lifespan and may continue until such time as The Clock Griffith Pty Ltd, in its sole discretion, elects to designate a termination date.
  16. Other than as provided herein neither the program nor any benefit offering or the like relating to the program shall be construed as or
  17. Constitute a contract or otherwise establish a contractual relationship between The Clock Griffith Pty Ltd and the member.
  18. It is the individual member's responsibility to notify the club of any change in address details. If we are unable to contact a member within a six-month period, we reserve the right to close the Membership account. All points in credit at that time will be forfeited.
  19. There is no limit to the number of members per table who are able to earn points for a single visit to The Clock Griffith. Each member will earn points for the share of the dining transaction that they personally pay for.
  20. Only one prize can be redeemed at any time.
