Merry Christmas Everyone & a Happy New Year! The festive season is in full swing, we have been humming with Christmas parties & the bar staff have been blending and shaking cocktails like crazy! It is really great to see everyone enjoying themselves and getting into the Christmas spirit. With the new season upon us I have made some changes to the menu. Introducing fresh flavours to suit the hot weather, and also utilising seasonal local fruit like the cherries which grow so well here and also apricots. I have a great fish monger in Melbourne who I have been sourcing my fresh seafood from, Neville looks after me well with super fresh fish from swordfish & tuna to whiting fillets & snapper. So if you are in the area, call in for a relaxing drink in the bar or stop for dinner, we would love to see you. We made the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide again this year, which we are very excited about. The write-up is great, describes the restaurant & food very well I think.
